Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are free and provided in good faith based on the information available. Final pricing may vary with the size, condition, and accessibility of the surfaces to be cleaned. Any change in scope will be discussed with you before additional work is performed.

Scheduling & Weather

We do our best to arrive as scheduled. Because our work is performed outdoors, appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather. We will contact you to arrange the next available time.

Property Access & Preparation

You agree to provide safe access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water source. Please close windows, move vehicles and light furniture where possible, and tell us about any sensitive plants, pets, or delicate surfaces in advance.

Results

We use professional methods to clean thoroughly and safely. Some staining (such as deeply set oil, rust, or long-standing red clay) may lighten rather than disappear entirely. We will always set honest expectations before we begin.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and card.

Limitation of Liability

We carry insurance and take care to protect your property. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
